Applications: Western Blot: 1:500~1:1000, Immunohistochemistry: 1:50~1:100
User Note:
Predicted Molecular Weight: 70 kDa
Immunogen: cdc25A (Phospho-Ser76) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of serine 76 (M-G-S (p) -S-E) derived from Human cdc25A.
Host Species: Rabbit
Purification: Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.
Physical State: Liquid
CAS NO.: 329-56-6
Product: Norepinephrine (hydrochloride)
Buffer: Antibody supplied in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Concentration: 1 mg/mL
Storage Conditions: Store antibody at -20˚C for up to one year.
Clonality: Polyclonal
Conjugate: Unconjugated
Alternate Names: CDC25A2, MEK1, PRKMK1, CDC25M3, MPIP1
Accession NO.: NP_001780.2
Protein Ino: 42490758
Official Symbol: CDC25A
Geneid: 993
Background: Tyrosine protein phosphatase which functions as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. Directly dephosphorylates CDC2 and stimulates its kinase activity. Also dephosphorylates CDK2 in complex with cyclin E, in vitro.
