Product Name: BAFF Antibody [Buffy-1]
Species Reactivity: Human
Tested Applications: Flow, ICC, WB
Applications: BAFF antibody can be used to recognize membrane-bound human BAFF by immunocytochemistry and western blot. Anti-BAFF (MAb Buffy-1) detects endogenous protein by Flow Cytometry. Method: 293T cells (5 x 105) expressing surface BAFF vector or Mock transfected, were incubated on ice for 30 min in 50 μl FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% azide) containing 4 μg/mL of Buffy-1 antibody. After washing in FACS buffer, FITC-conjugated antibody to rat IgG was added and cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
User Note: Optimal dilutions for each application to be determined by the researcher.
Predicted Molecular Weight:
Immunogen: BAFF (monoclonal Buffy-1) antibody was raised against recombinant human soluble BAFF (aa. 83-285).
Host Species: Rat
Purification: Anti BAFF (monoclonal Buffy-1) antibody was purified to ≥95% in SDS-PAGE.
